At Cleansi, we care about your satisfaction and the quality of every product you receive. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo or video proof of the issue.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once verified, we will process a replacement or store credit — refunds will only be issued in special cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
Return Process

Contact our Customer Care Team at cleansicare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number and pictures/videos of the issue.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
