1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time within Pakistan is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

  • We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays or failed attempts.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as stated on our website or during checkout).

  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply and be displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional delivery charges (for special or urgent deliveries) will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.


4. International Shipping

  • Currently, Cleansi ships within Pakistan.

  • International shipping (if applicable) may take 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order’s status directly through our courier partner’s website or via the Cleansi order tracking page.


6. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier service issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cleansi is not liable for delays beyond our control, but our team will always help you resolve shipping issues promptly.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photo or video proof, and our support team will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return Policy.
